Return Policy – SD Retrogames
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include photos or a short video if possible to help illustrate the problem.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, including:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
EU Legal Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
Without limiting the above, if your goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As with our general policy, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
